Jilin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau 
(JLCIQ) is the organization set up in Jilin prov-
ince and directly governed by the General Adminis-
tration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and 
Quarantine (AQSIQ). As a foreign-related economic 
and administrative supervision and law enforcement 
department,Jilin entry-exit Inspection and Quaran-
tine Bureau shoulders the entry-exit inspection 
and quarantine of Jilin Province,including the qu-
arantine of entry-exit animals and plants, the 
inspection and appraisal of import and export 
commodities, treatments of disinfection and disin-
festations for frontier health,health care for int-
ernational travel and auth entication and certifi-
cation services, etc. It fulfills a good many of 
important responsibilities, such as defending our 
national interests, safeguarding the health of 
people, protecting industrial and agricultural pr-
oduction and the security of ecological environ-
ment. Jilin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine 
Bureau has 6 subordinate bureaus, which are 
respectively set up in YanJi City, Hunchun City, 
Baicheng City, Tonghua City, Ji’an City and 
Changbai County. It also establishes 5 offices 
at Jilin City, Changchun Airport, Changchun Auto-
motive Industry Development Area, Linjiang City
